Fair-launch rules

The first seconds of a launch are where bots win. Two rules apply to every new token, from its first block, so that early buyers compete on equal terms.

Buys in the first 5 seconds after creation pay a tax on top of the normal fee. It starts at 90% and falls in a straight line to zero at the end of the window. Time is measured in seconds, not in blocks.

The tax goes to the Colysium treasury, never to the creator, so a creator gains nothing by sniping their own token. Taxed amounts do not count toward points.

Tokens launched straight to a pool pay the same sniper tax schedule, enforced by the pool’s hook.

For the first 60 seconds, no buyer can buy more than 1% of supply. A buy that would go over the cap fails.

The cap is counted for both the address that receives the tokens and the account that sends the buy. It does not rely on the wallet that signed the transaction, so it works the same way for smart wallets as for ordinary ones.

The current tax rate and any wallet’s remaining cap can be read from the token’s curve contract at any time, so what the app shows can always be checked on-chain.

This record holds confirmed rules only. Contract addresses appear after deployment and verification.
